Christmas 1998 has come and gone. Betty and I left home (IL) at 5:30am on
Wednesday, December 23, 1998. We arrived at Jane's house (NJ) 13 hours later.
Using our new digital camera Betty and I took just over 100 pictures. A few
came out bad and got deleted. Most of the pictures are at Sandra's house (CT)
because that is where we were for Christmas Eve and Day. All of the pictures have
been reduced from their original size (1280x1024) to 800 by 640 pixels. All the
images were processed for average quality to achieve the best compression (size).
This way, even people with slower modems can download and view them in a reasonable
amount of time. If you would like the original, full size image (1280 x 1024,
usually around 250K), just e-mail me the file name and I will send it to you.
